I just talked to DNR in both Lanesboro and Whitewater and the streams are in good shape as we speak. Looking through the crystal ball it may cloud up at any time time. There is no way to tell when the conditions may change. Rumors of BWO’S abound on the Root.

I did get a report from yesterday. The angler fished the Rush until 1PM in 18 inches of clarity. After that it was 0 inches of clarity. I think there is a slowdown of runoff through the night and the mornings will be a bit clearer. the kinni has been spiking at the hottest portion […]

At the time of this report both the Whitewatwer and the Root were fishable with slow runoff.
