By all accounts anglers have been successful on many of the streams in Pierce and St. Croix Counties. The warmth has brought the fish out of their winter lethargy and active feeding has been for a longer period of time. Anglers continue to report that there is a period of ” increased activity” during the warmest portion of the day. Water temps on the Rush river went from 44 F to 48 F yesterday. Go fishing! It will only get better.
