Reports from this morning are that the Southeast is in good shape. Trico’s in the AM and beetles in the PM. A bugger or two now and then will bring some nice fish at this time of year also. Have fun, temps should stay moderate so go fish.

The rain pounded the Rochester area today and there are no current good reports on the condition of the water. Check rain amounts on the weather tonight. The streams were just comming back from the last runnoff episode so it does not look good for the weekend.

Minnesotas 2005 licences are good until Febuary 28th. The 2006 licences will be available on Febuary 21st and will not be valid until the 1st of March 2006.
