Yes they are out there. Watch your air temps and you can find them. On Monday 6am. Small brookies and one nice brown for me. The bugs I saw were small, 22, 24. I watched the females with their yellow egg sacks fly to a rock, crawl under water and deposit their eggs. It was just amazing. The fish shunned me for the most part but casting practice was great. I had to take my own advice and be patient. As the heat comes back they will go off early. Go where you have seen them before. No rhyme or reason to pattern. There were enough bugs on the water so the fish had many to choose from. They were focused but I never found “THE” pattern.
