The Rush river was in fine shape this morning at 7 am. The water was a little cloudy but in perfect shape for a nice hatch of something. Although I saw no bugs in the air the conditions were perfect. The shift to the new website is nearing completion so I thank you for your patience in the delay in reports. The new site has received many compliments and good feedback, keep it coming! The rest of the rivers are clearing nicely with the lower Kinni being the last to clear. Before the big rains the fish were keying on subsurface emergers of different types. Many refusals were reported on the straight dry flies. Spinners are also a good bet.
