Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackMinor sulphur hatch in downtown RF, 7pm last night. Woo!
I saw 1 Sulfur yesterday on the”upper” Lower Kinni
I saw 2 today, swallows ate them before the trout ever saw them. I guess this thing is building. Heavy midge action this morning.
Anyone match the small cream midge ?
Looks to be about a 24 or so.
What pattern do you have luck with?
#24 scudd hook.smallest bead. white floss. copper rib. Dumbest looking pupa, but works for dry-dropper in shallow seams and riffs. I dont have time to post a picture now but will when I come back.
