Ferocious winds and heavy rain fell across the Pierce County watersheds last night. Trees down, leaves everywhere, the music of chain saws in the air. I had a guide trip today however, I told my clients to stay home after a drive around this morning. Thanks Michelle and Steve for your patience(for the second time). The photo above is from the Rush River at the Rod and Gun Club this morning.
The Kinni hit 900cfs before dropping to 300cfs where it sits now. No photo necessary
The Trimbelle was on the way to the Rush and looked like this.
All is mud for now.

Hammer
up and down fast! They should be good to go tomorrow or the next day. The higher up on the river, the clearer they may be. The smaller the watershed, the better chance of fishable water fast. Clearing some down trees and sweating my butt off today. Be well
Hwy 29 was actually fishable this pm. A little off color, but definitely visible/clear enough to fish. Most of the rain must have stayed south.
Thanks Pat
Water levels have returned to normal. In some places a little stained and perfect for not being seen by the trout.
