Fished Sat. afternoon and Sunday morning. The Rush produced very well–amidst the onslaught of heavy foot traffic! On Saturday, the river was still quite low and clear and fish were a bit spooky. Sunday was just a plain beautiful day to be on the water, though I did forget the sunscreen and am now paying for it
I fished the Rush today. Water started off clear but stained as the day went on (lost of accommodating fish). I ran into a couple of guys along the stream and they said the Ellsworth gun club started off clear and then got blown out. The meltdown is coming!
