Note about self to yall:
I know I can be a slug about anything technology. I can be slow at returning calls and emails. Occasionally I will be uninspired to write blog entries. Most times I will not produce stream updates when conditions have not changed since the last posting. When the flows and precipitation has been so variable that I have no words(yes even me), no words, to describe what you might find out there, I bog down and abstain from writing. Yes! And last but not least, when the drama of life is living large at my house(which it is right now) I probably am gone fishing or hiding in my man cave tying flies or working on a wood project. These are generally the only times I do not press these keys. Hell, I don’t even open the cover on this magic box. Simple as that. Whew!
However, When I actually want to communicate to you all. When I am actually in the mood to tell you what I know, and I can’t because my internet service provider, CenturyLink “CenturyLink is the third largest telecommunications company in the United States and is recognized as a leader in the network services market by technology industry analyst firms. The company is a global leader in cloud infrastructure and hosted IT solutions for enterprise customers”, I get anxious. I get pissy. I get angry at the folks I am paying for service. OK, I will stop here. My internet has been down for the last 2 days and hit or miss for the two days before that. I won’t complain about the weather….
Thanks
DA and those who have posted updates over the last couple days on the Back and Forth post. It is much appreciated. DA, The Minnesota update is helpful, It is nice to have eyes and ears in other locations. I am glad to hear a few of you found some BWO’s. They may be gone when we all get to fish next.
Looks like more rain and snow on the way. Rivers are high and off right now. I might get out today and look around.
Cheers

Isn’t there a leash law?
Yes…technology can be a SOB. Factor in a dash of Murphy’s Law….and there you have it. However the same could be said for something less technological like Mother Nature. Grass appears…the weather warms and I have a day off. I wake up to cold weather and seven inches of that white hell. I think the world needs to get back on the right axis again….everything is a bit off. 😉
Andy, glad you made it back. I hope the drama subsides. My father, a crusty former drill sergeant and newspaperman, used to say “Illigitimi non carborundum” which he claimed meant “don’t let the bas***ds wear you down.”
You’re one of the good ones.
