This fall, get together on the Rush River !

Your Help is Needed!

The El Paso Community Club and members of several other groups are rounding up volunteers for an Autumn Clean Up on the Rush River. As most of you know, there is a significant amount of debris left by August flooding along the river’s course.

There will be breakfast for the first 100 volunteers on hand at the El Paso Bar and Grill at 8 a.m. on October 23. At 9 a.m. stream assignments will be made by Arby Linder or his helpers from the Eau Galle Rush River Sportsman’s Club. Members of Trout Unlimited, Laughing Trout and the Ellsworth Rod and Gun club will be providing some of the muscle.

Expect to pick up various and sundry items including parts of picnic tables, tires and the usual cans and bottles.

Those of you who have a g.p.s. will be especially helpful in marking the location of items too large to haul out, and conveying this information to Arby. Further instructions will be given on the day of the event. Contact Arby Linder arblinrr@baldwin-telecom.net for more information.
