The runoff gullies let loose on Thursday afternoon and the rivers went to mud in a hurry. The rain looks to be swinging south and petering out, and does not look significant at this point. I plan to drive and look at water clarity later this afternoon. I will let you know what I find out. Meanwhile, here is some entertainment from those wacky Japanese folks.
