The waters of Western Wisconsin are in great shape. Soon we will need rain because the water levels are appearing low. The last two outtings have found the mid-afternoon fishing to be the best. A #8 stonefly immitation followed by a #18 P.tail or soft hackle have been good producers. BWO’s have been on the surface for a week now with fish looking up. Olive Sparkle Duns in #18 have been the trick on these fish as well as a soft hackle P.tail fished just below the surface.
